Returns & Exchanges

We stay true to our word at Airways and allow for customers to return your purchase within 21 days from the invoice date if they are in their original packaging with price tag. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any sale merchandise or purchases with use of a promotional code or if wear and tear is found on the purchased item. 

We also do not accept returns for:

   1. Any sale merchandise
   2. Purchases with use of a promotional code (if available/used)

All Airways products are backed up with a 10 years warranty on its outer shell. Should your Airways be cracked or broken on its shell, kindly contact us immediately at [email protected].
